Stanley Vale 2017 Sale

​After 1.5mm and a fog overnight the sun shone through before the start of Stanley Vale's Annual On-Property Sale.

The top priced ram, a March shorn 4 tooth, sold for $2600 to new client, Ian Green, Greenwood, Yass. The second priced ram, Lot 2, reached $2400 selling to long time clients Don and Robyn Edwards at Muswell Hill, Kentucky. Harglen Pastoral, another return client was the volume buyer of the sale

​ The 536 ewes offered generated interest amongst those present. They averaged $84/head.

Special guests at this year's sale were delegates from Successori Reda Spa (REDA) including Managing Director Fabrizio Servente out from Italy, and REDA delagates from New Zealand. REDA has been touring the New England region with New England Wool.

​The 4th,5th and 6th generations of the Bower Family were in attendance at the sale with Kevin enjoying catching up with long time client Lex Kiehne.
