With the aim of using as much information recorded by breeders as possible we would like pregnancy scanning data to be submitted for analysis. The mating module that has now been included in software programs has made it easier for breeders to record joining dates, sires, conception methods and pregnancy scan information.
The submission of pregnancy records will help us to add the information into the reproduction analysis in the near future. If you are using Pedigree Master it will be automatically included when you create a backup. If you are using another software program you will need to select to include the mating module data with your normal extract to Sheep Genetics each time you submit data.
