In 2013 it was decided and communicated that Sheep Genetics would no longer accept data submissions that did not come from an approved software program. We have allowed this to run for some time to allow people to transition to using software programs, however we will no longer accept any Excel data files for analysis.
Use of approved software programs ensures that data is in consistent formats and allows breeders to validate prior to sending files to us. A list of software can be found here.
